Is there still enough time to make significant changes in the SERPs?

With all these changes done on this website, will it be enough to change the SERPs just before the end of the contest on September 30, 2006?
With the changes to this website, traffic changes can already be observed on Alexa. Here is how the traffic of this website compares with the other top 20 in Google.com.ph for Isulong SEOph.
Number 20: isulongseoph.com.ph vs. talentado.com

It is just the start of the contest, Jozzua’s isulong-seoph.net has high traffic right away. This can probably be attributed to his SEO Comics that was popular in the SEO communities worldwide.
Number 3: isulongseoph.com.ph vs. bicolbusinessdirectory.com
Look at the very start, bicolbusinessdirectory.com has very high traffic. Maybe because of Miss Isulong.
Number 2: isulongseoph.com.ph vs. isulongseoph.org
Rostom had high traffic from the very start. And the high traffic in July can be due to the Jollibee website blackhat news. Although my traffic seems to be currently higher, my traffic is a bit spiky, as his site seems to grow traffic steadily.
Number 1: isulongseoph.com.ph vs. isulongseophil.com
Look at all those initial traffic he’s got. I honestly do not know where that is coming from.
Overall, traffic to this website is currently higher than all the top 20. But higher traffic is not equal to higher ranking. But is a sign of possible better linking, but it still requires some time for Google to credit you for that even if you still get a few more links. September 30, 2006 is closing in fast, and there is barely enough time to make any significant changes in the SERPs. What do you think?

I personally have no idea, but based on history of Isulong SEOph, the number 1 site changes twice a month. But considering the first contest, many of the competitors were still learning new techniques and from the Isulong SEOph contest, many people have learned new things, which include Rostom Hernandez. Who knows, he might stay in the top spot even a little bit more longer for Ituloy Angsulong.
