Controlling Google Maps Red Marker in Street View

And sometimes for large land areas that can be covered by a single address can sometimes be confusing in pin pointing the exact spot you need to go to. So Google Local Business Center allows you to change that, assuming you are the owner of the business map entry and has control over the Google account.
