You want to start SEM well heres what to do.
SEO & SEM, they are coexisting!

To cover all the bases,
you must have patience.
Research all your keywords and your phrases.
They all sound good but they may not be a factor.
Several ways to check and I prefer Wordtracker
Very vague phrases should get denied,
longtail keyphrases are more qualified.
Check the CPC, that’s the cost per click.
Make a judgement call, if it’s worth that hit,
If it is, then keep it.
If its not, then delete it.

Stay within your budget, that’s not a big secret.
Track your results, reporting is critical
and set your goals right be Google analytical.
Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing
if your business local make sure you geo-targeting.
The user only clicks on what sounds best,
make sure you use very descriptive ad text.
It’s a must that you use correct landing pages
if they see what they want, they easily [get] persuaded.
When they convert that’s a win win,
when your site is bookmarked they’ll come back again
CPC will go, CTR will skyrocket,
ROI will get better, that’s more money in your pocket.
And if you smart, you’ll invest in more phrases
but that’s up to you, I’m just giving you the basics
you got it then fine, if you don’t hit rewind
listen closely and play it back 1 more time.

That’s just the start anymore might cost
I have to deal with my boss
If I tell you the secret sauce
like using paid search to enhance SEO
and revolving ad text is the way to
uh oh, I gotta go, that’s too much for you to know
but if you want more, wait for the next video.

In singing up your site on Google Local Business Center, you get the red balloon marker on Google Maps when someone searches for your business. And sometimes for large land areas that can be covered by a single address can sometimes be confusing in pin pointing the exact spot you need to go to. So Google Local Business Center allows you to change that, assuming you are the owner of the business map entry and has control over the Google account. More is discussed on the Google Latlong Blog how this pointer can change position.

Control Google Maps Red Marker in Street View

Now this is super surprising! Google has not yet announced this anywhere. But two young men found out that you can control the big red bight balloon marker and bring it wherever in Google Maps street view. Check out the video…

Haha, you never knew Google can do that huh? *LOL*

Complete Lyrics of the SEO Song by Benj Arriola

Hey there Google what it’s like to be big daddy?
Tons and tons of website save in your index already,
yes you do, no more supplemental don’t you?
I doubt that’s true.

One day my site disappeared in the SERPs
I wondered why it vanished and was never found beyond page 10
and it was gone, on other data centers gone,
and it was gone.

Oh what you did to me? Ohhh what you did to me?
Oh what you did to me? Ohhh what you did to me?
What you did to me?

Hey there Yahoo I wonder why I was not ranking but in
Google I was number 1 and Yahoo I was on
page 25. I had to pay $299,
and now I’m fine.

Hey there MSN I still don’t understand
why my blogspot and wordpress account outrank my
own official sites. Why you love super old sites
and old links too.

Oh what an industry, ohh what an industry,
Oh what an industry, ohh what an industry,
what an industry.

Now I try my best to rank in all three top search engines and
ask.com still thinks I don’t belong
I go long tail and still I’m gone unless I search for ohh so long…
Search engine optimization expert living in Southern California San Diego California 92129.

Hey there Digg, why you banned me, I just dugg all my
sites so I went to Netscape and voted for my stories
now their none, you kicked me out and I’m gone.
So I StumbleUpon

ohh Traffic then increased, ohh Traffic then increased,
ohh Traffic then increased, But no Adsense then banned me,
Adsense then banned me

Ohhh nooo ohhh noooo, OMG.. I will BRB… Ohhh noo..
Adsense GTG… Oh no… Adsense then Banned me… Adsense then banned me… Adsense then banned me… Adsense then banned me… Made Adwords happy… Advertisers happy, Adsense then banned me… Adwords was happy… Adsense then banned me.
